IT was a fairly quiet Friday football night after all the drama at Cheltenham.
Well done to Donald Priest for winning our tipster competition and to Alan Thomson, Voice of Value and admin for all their hard work during the Festival.
Full attention turns back to the football today with a busy card including three FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday and the other on Sunday.
I’ve posted separate previews of the Scottish and English games and I’d hold all bets until mid-morning when we’ll get a better idea what games are affected by the weather. There is widespread snow forecast for Scotland so bound to be some fallers.
If I see postponements I’ll do my best to update the tips before match start.
Well done to all the winners last night – I don’t think there were many – and good luck today. I put up a late Top Treble and while it wasn’t a total flop I needed a Borussia M’gladbach winner that would have allowed me to cover before Real Sociedad conceded.
