ABERDEEN and Hibs look set to to vie for this season’s best of the rest tag and both can win tonight.
The Dons trail third-place Hibs by two points but have the edge with two games in hand.
Derek McInnes’ men have been fairly reliable this season – bar a 3-0 loss at home to Motherwell – and should be good for three points against St Mirren having exited Europe.
The Dons are 40-85 with McBookie and have a good record at home to the Buddies with five wins in six.
Interestingly the last seven meetings have gone over 2.5 goals and that pays 10-11. Aberdeen combined with over 2.5 returns 7-5 at McBookie.
Lewis Ferguson has netted four this season and with more penalties being awarded is worth a look at 7-4 to net at any time.
Another player finding his scoring touch is Lawrence Shankland who has returned from injury to net against St Mirren and Hamilton.
The Dundee United hitman, recalled to the Scotland squad, is 16-5 with McBookie to break the deadlock and evens to net against Livingston.
Hibs were turned over by Celtic at the weekend but should bounce back to winning ways when Hamilton visit Easter Road.
Jack Ross’ men have beaten Accies at home four in a row and netted 13 goals.
It’s unlikely to be easy though as Hamilton have been battling hard and have scored in their last three so both to hit the target has a chance.
A double on Aberdeen and Hibs to win with both conceding is worth a small bet at 10-1 with McBookie.
Super Single
- Shankland to score first
- (16-5, McBookie)
Daily Double
