Hamilton Accies have been all the rage this week as punters believe the bookies have priced up host Livingston all wrong at prices as short as 4/7 in places.
Livi need just a point to secure a top 6 finish in the Premiership but they’re now winless in six, losing five of those, and host an Accies side who have already won at the Toni Macaroni this season. Odds of 6/1 have quickly disappeared with Brian Rice’s side, who’ve lost just one in six, now around the 4/1 mark.
Keeping the draw onside might be the best way to play this one at 11/10 Hamilton Double Chance with Bet365.
In the Championship in Scotland Queen of the South look overpriced to beat Alloa. There’s still a bit of even money available for the Doonhamers who notched a good 4-2 victory at Abroath last week to make it four wins on the bounce. Bottom of the table Alloa’s only win this calendar year came against… you guessed it, Queen of the South.
Elsewhere in Championship Hearts are due to hand out a thumping to someone. They’ve been pretty low key in recent weeks, only scoring seven in their last six but if they click they could rack up a few against visitors Ayr United. The Jambos are 6/5 to win and score three or more.
Dundee are hard to trust these days but have been a bit more reliable at home than on the road. 5/6 looks a good price for them to beat an admittedly in-form Arbroath.
In England there’s not much stands out the Premier League but further down the divisions QPR should get the better of a Huddersfield side who have poor record on their travels. Lincoln City also look a good thing at home to struggling Rochdale but they’re plenty short enough at just 4/9.
Top of the table Hull City, with four wins out of four, can oblige at home to Oxford at a handy price of 21/20.
