GAME of the weekend is Liverpool v Man City but game of the day looks like Leicester v Arsenal.
While the top two meet on Sunday it’s a battle between second and fourth and the Foxes look in a better place right now.
I fancy Brendan Rodgers’ men to get the better of Unai Emery’s side but the bookies don’t disagree so the home win is no bigger than 11-10. For a Super Single I’m going with Leicester and over 1.5 match goals and I also like Jamie Vardy – eight in eight against the Gunners – to score first at 7-2 with Unibet.
I’ve posted separate Scottish and English previews where most of my bets are reasoned. It’s a full card apart from League One and League Two which make way for the FA Cup and there are plenty of pitfalls with 32 non-league teams involved.
I’ve got a couple of league sides on my accumulator but I wouldn’t go mad as there are bound to be shocks.
Well done to all the winners last night – my Top Treble was a loser and Norwich look like losers too after a shattering defeat at home to Watford that sent them to the foot of the Premier League. And there’s every chance they’ll be staying there.
