THERE are four good Europa League ties to look at on Thursday with Arsenal v Napoli the standout.
The Gunners will need to be at their best to take a lead to Italy and tempt at a best 29-20 with Betfred. Their home form has been superb with just one Premier League defeat and in the Champions League they defeated BATE and Rennes 3-0 after losing first legs away.
Napoli rested players for the weekend draw with Genoa as the title race with Juventus was lost long ago. Both sides are stronger at home so Arsenal will look to take a one or two-goal lead to Naples.
Eden Hazard was brilliant against West Ham on Monday and just three days later he’ll be asked to perform well again as the Blues tackle surprise quarter-finalists Slavia Prague and then three days later Liverpool head to Stamford Bridge.
Slavia knocked out Sevilla after extra time and earlier kept clean sheets at home to Bordeaux, Copenhagen, Zenit and Genk in the process. So this won’t be easy for Chelsea and Maurizio Sarri will probably be happy to come with a draw at 3-1 with Marathonbet.
Hazard hit both goals in the 2-0 defeat of the Hammers and is 29-20 at Unibet to net again.
Benfica v Eintracht Frankfurt features two forward-thinking teams so there should be goals and I’m on the Germans to qualify at 20-23 with betfair after at least drawing Lisbon. Eintracht are in fabulous form with eight wins and a draw in their last nine and have climbed to fifth place in the Bundesliga.
Their Portuguese rivals are involved in a title fight with Porto and only managed to squeeze past Dinamo Zagreb in the last round.
Finally, let’s look at an all-Spanish one between Villarreal and Valencia. Villarreal must be fearing the drop from La Liga so can’t be fully focused on this game ahead of a massive six-pointer at Girona on Sunday. They could rest players and I’m on Valencia at least to avoid defeat at 9-20 with Marathonbet.
The home side have conceded nine goals in their last three league games against Celta Vigo, Barcelona and Real Betis while Valencia were unbeaten in 17 before losing to Rayo at the weekend with the result weakening their chances of claiming a Champions League spot.
Both sides have scored in the last four meetings between the teams and that could be the call again at 5-6 with Ladbrokes.
