All you need to know about betting on the US Masters 2021
The 2021 US Masters takes place from Thursday, 8 April to Sunday, 11 April at Augusta National Golf Club, Augusta in the state of Georgia.
At the time of writing it is unclear whether members of the public will be able to attend. Betfinder has you covered with all the key information for betting on the US Masters golf including past results, trends, form guide and US Masters 2021 tips.
Introduction
The Masters is one of the four major championships in golf. It is the one major that is played on the same course while the others are rotated around select number of venues. The USPGA (May), US Open (June) and Open Championship (July) are the other three Grand Slam tournaments. There is also the Olympics golf tournament in 2021.
The Masters has a limited field of about 100 players which includes a number of former champions who make a ceremonial appearance. The top 50 players and ties proceed to the third round and fourth rounds after the 36-hole cut. If two or more players are tied after 72 holes, there is a sudden-death playoff on the 18th and 10th holes.

US Masters Golf History
The Masters was first played in 1934 and was founded by the amateur champion Bobby Jones and an investment banker called Clifford Roberts. A Green Jacket was presented to the champion for the first time in 1949.
The Champions Dinner was introduced in 1952. In 1960, the par three contest was played for the first time on the Wednesday of Masters week. Since 1963 legends of the game have hit the first tee shot of the tournament. The 2020 tournament was played in November for the first time but April is the usual slot.

US Masters 2021 Tips & Prediction
Dustin Johnson was so dominant in the Masters last November that he could dot up again. He won five times in 13 tournaments up to mid-February so is clearly by some distance the best player in the world.
The pressure of completing the career Grand Slam may be too much for Rory McIlroy for several more years. John Rahm looks like a future Masters champion but possibly not this year.
The course does not suit the power of Bryson DeChambeau. However, JUSTIN THOMAS at 12/1 with bet365* has all the attributes for Augusta and can progress again and is the pick of our US Masters 2021 tips to win the Green Jacket.
