Ranheim will look to climb back up to second place in the OBOS-ligaen, as they travel to the Giemselund Stadion to take on 12th-placed Kongsvinger at Monday teatime.
Kongsvinger put an end to their four-match winless run last time out, as they scored in the final quarter of an hour to seal a 0-1 success away at Start. Kongsvinger rescued a point late on to draw 2-2 with strugglers Grorud in their last home fixture, meaning Eirik Mæland’s side have won just one of their last four matches in-front of their own supporters. That clean sheet Kongsvinger kept last time out was just their second they’ve recorded all season, with the other coming against bottom side Skeid.
Ranheim secured their fourth successive victory in the league last time out, as they won 4-1 at home to KFUM in a match that brought up last Monday’s Bet of the Day. Hugo Pereira’s side maintained their unbeaten record on their travels last time out with a 1-2 win away to Åsane, a result that also saw them win for the fourth successive away match. Ranheim have found the back of the net in nine of their last 10 OBOS-ligaen fixtures, scoring on multiple occasions in each of their last five.

Ranheim slipped down to third following Stabæk’s 2-4 win away to Mjøndalen on Sunday but can climb back into second if they avoid defeat away to Kongsvinger. Hugo Pereira’s visitors are one of the most in-form sides in the OBOS-ligaen, with his side having won each of their last four in the league, as well as each of their last four on their travels. Ranheim have been in free-scoring form in recent weeks, scoring 13 goals in their last five matches and I like the look of them to score at least twice for the sixth consecutive match against a Kongsvinger side that’s conceded five goals in their last two at home.
