Thursday’s Football Bet of the Day see’s me delve into the Norwegian third-tier and I like the look of the home side to record a comfortable victory.

Ullensaker/Kisa will look to go within three points of league leaders Hødd, as they host lowly Asker at the Jessheim Stadion. The hosts come into this in third, two points behind second-placed Eidsvold, whilst the visitors are second bottom and two points adrift of safety.
Ullensaker/Kisa made it back-to-back wins last time out, as they defeated Bærum 4-2 at home. Arild Sundgot’s side remains unbeaten at home so far this season, winning two and drawing to of their opening four fixtures. Ullensaker/Kisa are the league’s top-scorers, already finding the back of the net 20 times in their opening seven league matches, with 12 of them coming in their last three.
Despite taking the lead on two separate occasions, Asker were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Træff last time out, conceding their second on the 95th minute. That draw last time out did at least put an end to Asker’s three-match losing streak, but Arild Sundgot’s side have won just once so far this season and that came against bottom side Brattvåg. Asker are yet to record a clean sheet in their opening seven league fixtures this season, conceding on multiple occasions in five of them.

Two sides at opposite ends of the table go head-to-head at Jessheim Stadion and I’m expecting the hosts to collect all three points here. Ullensaker/Kisa are unbeaten in their four league fixtures at home this season and come into this winning each of their last two matches, scoring 10 goals in the process. Asker put an end to their three-match losing streak last time out with a 2-2 draw at home to Traeff but that was just the fifth point they have collected so far this term, with their solitary victory coming against bottom side Brattvåg. Ullensaker/Kisa are the leagues top-scorers and given the visitors have conceded on multiple occasions in 5/7 of their league fixtures so far, I’m happy to back the hosts to win and to score at least twice here.
