Saturday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me head to the Czech top-flight, and there’s one fixture, in particular, that stands out to me for goals.

Sigma Olomouc will look to strengthen their position inside the top six of the Czech First League table as they welcome third-bottom Teplice to the Andrův stadion tomorrow afternoon.
After seeing their 11-match unbeaten run come to an end away at title-chasing Slavia Prague at the beginning of the month, Sigma Olomouc then drew 2-2 at home to fourth-placed Bohemians 1905 before claiming a 0-1 away at lowly Zlín. After losing three of their opening four First League fixtures in front of their supporters, Václav Jílek’s are now unbeaten in each of their next nine (W5-D4-L0), winning two of their previous three. The Hanáci have found the back of the net in all bar one of their 13 Czech top-flight fixtures in front of their supporters this campaign, scoring 23 goals.
Teplice saw their two-match winning run come to an end last time out as they were beaten 1-3 at home to fifth-placed Slovácko. Zdenko Frťala’s visitors have lost 10/13 of their First League fixtures on the road this term (W2-D1-L10), losing all six against teams currently positioned in 8th and above. The visiting Glassblowers boast the leakiest defence in the Czech top-flight, conceding 60 goals this season, with 38 of those coming across their 13 away assignments.
Bet of the Day
Sigma Olomouc have scored two or more goals in nine of their last 10 at home, and they should be more than capable of making the net bulge at least twice against a Teplice defence that has shipped multiple strikes in 11/13 (85%) of their away league matches this term.
