Young Ninjas enter this match with a 5-5 record from their last 10 outings. On Sunday, they made it to the grand finals of WePlay Academy League Season 1, but came up short against mouz NXT (1-3). Interestingly, Ninjas won against mouz (2-1) just a day prior but completely collapsed and lost all three maps in the finals with 2-16, 11-16, and 9-16.
Team Finest are 8-2 in their last 10 outings, which looks great on paper, but most of those wins came against semi-pro teams. Still, it would not be fair to say that Finest’s record is any worse than Young Ninjas’. Most of Ninjas’ wins came against other academy teams, except for their 2-0 sweep of Tricked Esports last week.
Team Finest are a far more experienced roster which should play a factor here. Even though Young Ninjas have proven that they can compete with teams of similar quality to the Israeli squad, they are still inexperienced and inconsistent.

DUSTY have lost both of their Elisa Invitational bouts so far, going down to Team Finest (0-2) and Oilers Esports (1-2). X-Gamer have been just as unsuccessful, losing 0-2 against both Young Ninjas and AaB esport.
This is a match between two of the weakest rosters at the tournament, and while it’s hard to pick out a winner between two teams who likely won’t make it into the next stage, we have to give DUSTY an edge.
There is not a lot of information about X-Gamer except for their 2-2 record – which includes wins against AURA and Lilmix – nor is there much data about their members. What we do know, however, is that all of their players, besides Tim “susp” Ångström, are in bad form and have been averaging a sub-1.00 rating since joining the team three weeks back.
