Execration and Team Secret last met way back in 2016 at the ROG MASTERS, and once before in 2014 at StarLadder StarSeries Season 10. Both games ended in favour of Secret, albeit results from half a decade ago don’t mean anything for this bout.

This is another match where you have to consider betting on the outsiders, for AS Monaco Gambit are severely underrated at monster odds of $13.32. The Russians took down the likes of Team Liquid, Team Nigma and T1 in the Singapore Major group stage and only narrowly missed out on reaching the playoffs, losing the tiebreaker against Liquid.
And it’s not only Gambit’s high ceiling that makes us hopeful about their chances to spring an upset, but also Vici Gaming’s inconsistency. While the Chinese side can be excellent at time, they can look equally as terrible on any given day. At these odds, AS Monaco Gambit to win at least one map is a great bet.
