Olympiakos to Score 2+
Reigning Greek champions Olympiakos travel to the Georgios Kamaras Stadium to take on bottom side Apollon Symrnis.
Olympiakos once more top the Greek table and come into this 11 points clear of nearest challengers AEK Athens, with Pedro Martins’s side dropping just four points all season.
Gianluca Festa’s side have taken seven points from their opening 12 matches, winning just once, and lost 4-1 last time out to the side directly above them in the table, Atromitos.
17 of the 28 goals Olympiakos have scored domestically this season have come away from home, with the record champions scoring at least twice in all seven, and I’m expecting them to keep that run going against the side at the foot of the table.
Real Valladolid vs Real Betis – Both Teams to Score
Real Betis take on Real Valladolid at the José Zorrilla Stadium in the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.
After winning four on the bounce in La Liga, Real Betis come into this losing each of their last two, however, Manuel Pellegrini’s side remain 3rd in the table.
Real Valladolid come into this winning their last three in the Segunda, as well as their last six at home, with Pacheta’s side also sitting in 3rd in the table and aiming for an immediate return to the Spanish top flight.
Valladolid have scored in 11/12 at home this season in league and cup, including in each of their last 10 and with Los Verdiblancos possessing the second best attack in La Liga, there’s a good chance we’ll see an exciting cup encounter with both sides scoring.
Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur – Both teams to Score
London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham go head to head at Stamford Bridge in the first leg of their EFL Cup semi-final.
Chelsea came from two down to draw 2-2 with fellow title rivals Liverpool in an absolute thriller, however it’s now four draws from their last five in the league for Thomas Tuchel’s side.
Tottenham left it late to secure all three points away to relegation candidates Watford, but that late victory means it’s now five wins out of seven for Antonio Conte, with the Italian drawing the other two.
Both teams to score has landed in eight of Chelsea’s last nine in the league, including in each of their last six at home, and with Spurs scoring 14 goals in their last seven, there’s a good chance we’ll see both score in West London on Wednesday evening.
