So, we’ve now seen all the teams at Euro 2020 in action. Who’s caught your eye? Who’s flopped? and who do you now fancy to lift the trophy?
France earned a hard-fought win over Germany in Munich last night. A Mats Hummels own goal was the only thing that separated the two sides although the French had a couple of goals disallowed for offside. But Didier Deschamps will be happy enough to get off to a winning start while Germany have work to do now if they’re to progress from Group F.
In Budapest a 3-0 win flattered Portugal who took until the 84th minute to break down a dogged Hungary side who gave their all. Ronaldo’s brace saw him go as short as 4/1 to finish top goalscorer at the tournament, tucked in behind Romelu Lukaku as second favourite.
Italy have the chance to book their place in the last 16 with a win over Switzerland. The Azzuri put in one of the most impressive displays in the first round of fixtures when they ran over the top of Turkey in a 3-0 win and look a solid bet to rack up another three points in Rome. Roberto Mancini’s men look a solid bet at 4/6.

Wales could also put one foot in the next round with a win over Turkey in Azerbaijan. But Robert Page’s side will be up against it in Baku where some 30,000 Turks are expected to be in attendance.
Turkey looked disappointing in their opener with Italy but there’s surely better to come from a side that many considered a dark-horse in the tournament. For Wales, with Italy to come, it feels like a must win game.
The bookies rate Turkey favourites at 29/20 and if push came to shove you’d be hard pressed to back against them. Sure they were massively out-played against the Italians but on current form Italy should go deep in to the tournament. Wales don’t offer anywhere near as much a threat so Turkey Draw no Bet appeals, also at 4/6.
