Bookies must’ve been laughing all the way to the bank last night after a string of surprise results.
Man City failed to score, never mind win in Copenhagen, Real Madrid needed a late goal to rescue a point against Shakthar Donetsk, Juventus lost to Maccabi Haifa and not a single match saw Over 2.5 Goals.
What carnage awaits this evening?
Rangers will be hoping to cause an upset of their own at Ibrox to keep their slim European hopes alive. Liverpool make the trip north following another three Premier League points dropped at weekend but Jurgen Klopp appeared to be a little downbeat ahead of tonight’s clash stating, “I can’t promise we will fly tomorrow but we will fight,” perhaps a reflection of the state of squad which will be minus Trent-Alexander, Matip, Diaz, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Keita and Jones.
That’s not deterred the bookies however who make the Reds just 1/3 to claim the win that would move them on to nine points in the group.
Rangers have yet to register a goal in Group A but are 4/7 to find the net tonight, while it’s 5/4 for Liverpool to keep a clean sheet.
In front of their own fans the Gers will give it more of go tonight and it’s 5/4 they win four more corners. They managed two at Anfield last week but should see more of the ball in the final third this time around.
Also in Group A Napoli can book their place in the last 16 with a draw or a win over Ajax. The Italians are flying at the moment and of course thumped the Dutch side 6-1 last week so it’ll be a daunting trip to Naples for Alfred Schreuder’s side.
As long as there’s no letting up the Italians should get the job doen but after some lacklustre performances from group leaders last night back them with caution at just 11/20.

Spurs could do with a win over Eintracht Frakfurt to boost their chances of reaching the last 16. Group D is precariously poised with just three points separating the four teams so a win is crucial for Antonio Conte’s side. They’ve huffed and puffed a bit this season but their home form has been good and should be trusted tonight.
As ever, Harry Kane will be the main danger, especially as he’s also on penalty duties and the 20/21 on him to score could pay dividends.
Barcelona lost at the hands of Inter last week to leave themselves needing a win tonight to stand any real chance of qualifying from Group C. The Italians have struggled on the road this season, losing three on their travels in Serie A. They’ve also lost their two most recent trips to the Nou Camp and could be up against it tonight. Add Barcelona to Spurs for a 116/100 home double.
