Thommo was denied a trio of winners at Ayr on Monday as Highstakesplayer was narrowly beaten by 7/1 shot Travail D’orfevre. But he scored a handy twosome with his headline tip Legalized winning at 11/4 (tipped at 3/1) alongside shorter priced Castle Rushen at 8/13 (tipped 11/8).
Tuesday sees him turn his attention to Lingfield Park where he has two selections, both around the 7/2 mark.
