View our expert’s Goals Accumulator Tips & Predictions for Tuesday which features two both teams to score tips, and two over 2.5 goals selections.
Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Midtjylland vs Benfica – Over 2.5 Goals
After a 4-1 victory in Lisbon last week, Benfica will look to complete the job in Denmark, as they take on Midtjylland at the MCH Arena.
The Portuguese giants got their league campaign underway with a 4-0 success over Arouca last Friday evening, whilst Midtjylland threw away a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 at Lyngby.
The Wolves are yet to register a single clean sheet in their seven competitive fixtures this season, conceding 14 goals and there’s every chance that tally will increase against their free-scoring visitors.
Midtjylland have also found the back of the net in all seven of their competitive fixtures and given they have nothing to lose, I can see them also getting on the scoresheet in a match that should see at least three strikes.
Ferencváros vs Qarabağ – Both Teams to Score
Following a 1-1 draw in Baku last week, Qarabağ travel to the Hungarian capital of Budapest to take on Ferencváros to fight it out for a place in the Champions League play-off round.
After a 5-1 aggregate success over Kazakh champions Tobol, Ferencváros knocked out Slovak champions Slovan Bratislava despite losing the first-leg at home.
Qarabağ emphatically knocked out Polish side Lech Poznan 5-2 on aggregate before surprisingly knocking out Swiss champions Zürich in the previous round.
Both teams to score has landed in each of these two sides last four fixtures in Europe and there’s every chance we’ll see the same land at the Groupama Aréna on Tuesday evening.
PSV vs Monaco – Both Teams to Score
After also drawing 1-1 in their first-leg last week, PSV and Monaco do battle at the Philips Stadion for a place in the Champions League play-off round.
Both sides kicked off their League campaign’s at the weekend with a victory, as Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side dismantled Emmen 4-1, whilst The Monégasques secured an impressive 1-2 win away to Strasbourg.
They may only be three games into the season, but PSV have already found the back of the net 10 times, with five of those coming in their 3-5 success over Ajax in the Dutch Super Cup final.
Monaco posses plenty of attacking talent, with the likes of Wissam Ben Yedder and Kevin Volland and there’s every chance they’ll find a way past a PSV defence that’s conceded in each of their three competitive matches this season.
Rangers vs Union Saint-Gilloise – Over 2.5 Goals
After a 2-0 defeat in Belgium last week, Rangers have it all to do if their to keep their Champions League hopes alive, as they host Union Saint-Gilloise at Ibrox on Tuesday evening.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side have began their league campaign with back-to-back wins over Livingston and Kilmarnock, whilst Union were thumped 3-0 at Mechelen at the weekend, meaning they’ve taken just four points from their opening three fixtures.
The Gers have netted 15 goals in their last six European fixtures at Ibrox, scoring on multiple occasions in all six and I can see them netting another brace on Tuesday.
Karel Geraerts’s visitors could’ve easily scored more than the two they managed in the first-leg and with the Scottish giants having to go for it, they too may get on the scoresheet and that should lead us to over 2.5 goals.
