IT was a SUPER Saturday here on the site yesterday as our top team delivered a whole raft of winners across the UK , Europe and on the nags.
Star turn was our brilliant racing tipster Alan Thomson who nailed four winners from his five tips; Dan Gun 13/8, Dog of War 3/1, George Peabody 9/4 and Kalma 10/1 all delivering.
Jamie Kennedy also scored with a cracking Goals Acca which landed comfortably at 12/1. Scott Alott scooped a 4/1 Euro Treble and Desmond also won with his Double on Teams to Score 2+ Goals and a handy Over 2.5 Goals Treble that paid over 5/1. SlipsTips also delivered his customary winner, keeping it simple with a goals bet on Queen’s Park who won 3-2.
There were also plenty of winners on our Match Previews too including an impressive kick-off to the MLS season for Tolu who scored a full house in his Houston v San Jose match and predicted a winning start for Seattle.
The profits didn’t stop there as there were plenty of members who posted winners in the comments section. Well done to everyone that beat the bookies!
We can’t promise Sunday will be as successful but we’ll give it a go.
Match of the Day north of the border is at Ibrox where Rangers and Celtic meet for the fourth time this season, this time for a place in the quarter final of the Scottish Cup. The Gers have had the best of it so far with two wins and a draw on their way to the Premiership title but the Hoops will be desperate to turn the tables and salvage something from a dismal season.
The bookies rate Steven Gerrard’s men as favourites but Mark Walker fancies interim gaffer John Kennedy to claim a win for the Bhoys in his match preview.
In the past four meeting between the sides Scott Brown has been booked in three while Alfredo Morelos has seen yellow in all four. The pair will be popular picks to find their way in to Bobby Madden’s notebook again and the double pays 11/4 at Bet365.
Chelsea ended Man City’s Quadruple dreams on Saturday to book their place in the FA Cup final in May. They’ll face either Leicester or Southampton who slug it out this evening at Wembley.
Saints have won just two of their last 14 so need to pull out a performance and a half to get past the Foxes who famously put nine past them last season. Chelsea were around the 3/1 mark ahead of their triumph yesterday and Southampton are similar price to progress. Rather than predict the winner KevMac has gone for goals and goalscorers in his Match Preview bets.
Sheffield United relegation was confirmed on Saturday and Fulham are standing outside the Last Chance Saloon looking in. They’re seven points from safety having played a game more than the teams above them so defeat to Arsenal could be near-fatal.
The Gunners looked at their best in Prague on Thursday night and as long as they’re not suffering a travel hangover look backable at 3/4 at the Emirates. SlipsTips agrees as he’s backing Arteta’s men on the Asian Handicap in his Preview.
