IT looks like it’ll be much quieter Christmas than expected in the world of football.
The Scottish Premiership has decide to bring forward it’s winter break with games scheduled for Boxing Day being the last for a few weeks.
There could be similar discussions when mangers meet with the Premier League’s bosses on Thursday to discuss the situation in England’s top flight. 13 Football League matches have already been cancelled ahead of Boxing Day with more certain to follow. It’s not looking good.
The next three days were always going to be quiet in any case, with a couple of games in the Dutch Eredivise being the only top flight matches in Europe tonight. Thankfully, Tolu has previewed both games below so good luck if you’re following his tips.
There’s no racing today either unfortunately so stick a movie on, wrap your presents and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple!
