At 20:05, the Green Bay Packers will do battle with Bruce Arians’ Tampa Bay Buccaneers as veterans Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers go head-to-head.
Then, at 23:40, defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs face Buffalo Bills as Josh Allen and his troops try to spring a surprise.
It promises to be a thrilling night of gridiron action and we have taken a look at both games, trying to pick out some winning bets along the way.

Brady’s decision to leave the New England Patriots in the off-season looks a genius move, doesn’t it?
While the Pats are sat watching the playoffs from home, Brady is one game away from yet another Super Bowl. He led his team to victory last week against the New Orleans Saints, beating long-time rival Drew Brees in the process.
Brady is hoping to do the same this Sunday when he tries to get the better of Green Bay QB Rodgers.

But as much as the history books would love him to do the business, it seems one step too far for the Buccaneers.
The Packers are 4/7 favourites for this weekend’s tie and Rodgers looks destined to win the regular-season MVP award.
Sunday’s early game is one for the purists, casuals and newcomers, with two of the all-time greats going at it. In one corner you have six-time winner Brady, while on the opposite side of the field you have Rodgers, who has the highest passer rating in NFL history.
They meet for just the fourth time ever and for the first time in the playoffs, and there is no doubt Brady has the upper hand when it comes to post-season experience.
His array of options are vast, and the Bucs know they can get the better of the Packers, having won 38-10 back in October.
However, that was arguably Green Bay’s worst display of the season and Rodgers, along with running-back Aaron Jones, will be itching to set the record straight.
Jones has scored 29 touchdowns in two seasons, proving he is the real deal, and the Tampa secondary will need to produce another miraculous display to keep the Packers offence quiet.
Momentum is vital in any sport and the Packers seem capable of steamrolling their way through Tampa, if they get a good start.
While Green Bay should have their hand raised, their price to win is a little on the short side. Tampa are not going to go down without a fight and over 53 points at 25/27 looks a strong bet for the opening game on Sunday.
Bills to go Down Fighting
Kansas City breathed a sigh of relief this week when quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the MVP from Super Bowl LIV, was cleared to play after he suffered a concussion last weekend.
While Sunday’s opening game sees the old guard go to work, the final contest sees two of the young guns go to war.
Josh Allen leads the Bills and he is arguably the most improved QB this season, while Mahomes will become the first QB in NFL history to start in three Conference Championship games prior to his 26th birthday this weekend,
Allen was not born the last time the Bills played in the Super Bowl in 1993, but he still has what it takes to score a touchdown in the biggest game of his career at 1/1.
However, this may a challenge the Bills are unable to overcome and Kansas City look the best option to progress to the Super Bowl.
