There should be a party atmosphere at Hampden tonight as Scotland play in front of the Tartan Army for the first time since booking their place at Euro 2024.
Norway will be out to spoil the party but they’ll need to do it without Erling Haaland who picked up a knock on Thursday.
The Scots weren’t at their best in a 2-2 in Georgia on Thursday and Steve Clarke will be desperate to end the campaign with a victory after four without a win.
Clarke might be publicly expressing regret at Haaland’s absence but there’s no doubt Norway are less effective without him and the 6/5 around a home win looks fair value.
Group G is one of the few groups where there’s still something to play for.
Hungary have already qualified but could be beaten in to top spot by Serbia, who themselves could be overtaken by Montenegro.
The much-improved Hungarians, who enjoyed a brilliant Nations League campaign, are unbeaten after seven matches in Group G and host the Montenegrins who must win and hope that Serbia are beaten at home to bottom side Bulgaria.
It’s 8/11 that Hungary finish with a win and at Bet365 you can get 6/5 on them doing so and there being Over 1 goal in the game (bizarrely, its only 11/10 if you back the win and Hungary to score to two or more – which is the same bet).
