Bodø/Glimt to Score 2+
Bodø/Glimt will look to continue to climb the Eliteserien table, as they play host to the side directly below them, Aalesund at the Aspmyra Stadion.
Bodø/Glimt got back to winning ways last time out, as they won 0-2 away to rock-bottom Kristansund, whilst Lars Arne Nilsen’s visitors conceded twice late on last time out to draw 2-2 away to Vålerenga.
Kietil Knutsen’s hosts have found the back of the net in 9/10 of their league outings so far this season, scoring on multiple occasions in six of them, including in three of their last four.
Aalesund have kept just one clean sheet in their last 10 in the league, conceding two or more in six of their last nine and there’s a good chance they’ll conceded another brace away to the reigning champions.
HamKam vs Sarpsborg – Both Teams to Score
Two sides who will be pleased with their starts to the season meet at the Briskeby Arena, as ninth-placed HamKam play host to fifth-placed Sarpsborg.
After drawing five and losing one of their previous six matches, HamKam finally secured all three points away to Jerv last time out, whilst Sarpsborg hit give for the second successive week as they thumped Strømsgodset 5-1 last Saturday.
Only league leaders Lillestrøm (24) have scored more goals in the Eliteserien than Sarpsborg (22) and they’ll be confident of netting against a HamKam side that’s recorded only two clean sheets so far this season.
However, Jakob Michelsen’s hosts have only failed to score once this season, scoring in each of their last five, therefore theres a good chance we’ll see both sides score in this one.
Sandefjord vs Tromsø – Both Teams to Score
Two sides level on 12 points in the Eliteserien table meet at the Release Arena, as Sandefjord play host to Tromsø.
Sandefjord made it back-to-back wins last time out, as they came from behind to win 1-2 at Viking, whilst Tromsø recorded their four successive draw with a late equaliser against Haugesund last Sunday.
Gaute Helstrup’s visitors have found the back of the net in each of their last 10 Eliteserien fixtures and they should make it 11 against a Ssndrfjord side that’s conceded 17 times from their opening nine fixtures.
However, Tromsø have recorded just one clean sheet from their opening 10 league matches and given have scored in 7/9 of their’s, I can see both sides getting on the scoresheet in what should be an entertaining match.
Strømsgodset vs Lillestrøm – Both Teams to Score
Lillestrøm will look to maintain their position at the top of the Eliteserien table, as they travel to the Marienlyst Stadion to take on Strømsgodset.
The league leaders came from behind to defeat Rosenborg 3-1 at home last time out, whilst Strømsgodset saw their six-match unbeaten run come to an end as they were thrashed 5-1 at Sarpsborg.
Godset have won each of their last three at home, scoring three goals on each occasion and shout net at least once against a Lillestrøm side that’s yet to keep a clean sheet in any of their five away matches.
Geir Bakke’s visitors are the only side in the Eliteserien to net in all their matches and I expect them to keep that run going given their opponents have already conceded 12 times in their five home fixtures.
