THE only online bookie that lists SPFL and first-scorer prices for every game are McBookie.
McBookie’s Damian Walker is back with his first-scorer tips and he’s also challenging punters to pick their own.
Every week one person with a correct prediction will be chosen at random to win a £10 bet – and if you backed your tip with McBookie with at least a fiver they’ll double the prize to £20.
You can comment with your pick here and give any reasoning but to enter the contest you have to email mrfixit@dailyrecord.co.uk. There were no winners last week.

Here is Damian with this weekend’s selections.
He says: “I’m starting this week in League One where the price of Dumbarton really caught my eye.
“The Sons travel to face Falkirk and while I expected them to be outsiders to win I didn’t think they would be as big as 11-2.
“Dumbarton have won four of their last six outings, drawing one and losing the other, plus they drew 1-1 in the reverse fixture with Falkirk back in the middle of November.
“Odds of 2-5 about the Bairns just look way too short, especially as they have won just one of their last four matches and that was courtesy of a last-minute winner at Montrose.
“So the odds about a Dumbarton first scorer ought to provide a good bit of value. I’m not sure if Sons’ main hitman Isaac Layne will be back for this so I’m going for young striker Ryan Tierney, who scored in the 1-1 draw with Stranraer last weekend and is a massive 10-1 with McBookie to bag the first goal.
“Moving up into the Championship and it looks as though Partick Thistle have turned the corner as the Jags have taken nine of their 21 league points from their last four games.
“Two encouraging wins away to Morton and Queen of the South and a home win over Inverness suggest things are moving in the right direction and they were not disgraced in a 1-0 home defeat by Dundee having had the best of the possession.
“On Saturday they travel to face Alloa who last weekend beat Dunfermline but had lost their previous four. I expect Thistle to continue their good form and come away with another win and hopefully get the first goal along the way.
“Striker Alex Jones joined on a free from Cambridge United and now looks to be getting a run in the side and scored two from his last three games.
“Jones has scored 17 goals from 45 career starts with various clubs and is 9-2 with McBookie to score the game’s first goal.
“Back in League One and leaders Raith Rovers have had a tough run of fixtures playing the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth in their last five games.
“Despite that they have won three, drawn one and lost one which is a good haul of 10 points out of a possible 15 against the best the league has to offer.
“On Saturday things get a bit easier with a home game against Peterhead and the 17-20 about them looks cracking value. Raith striker James Gullan has been banging in the goals this season with nine from 17 appearances and he also scored twice in last weekend’s 5-3 win over East Fife.
“He is 11-2 with McBookie to continue that good run with the game’s opening goal.”
