After delivering a pair of winners in his featured column on Saturday, SlipsTips is back with a Bet Builder from AC Ajaccio’s encounter with Montpellier in Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Montpellier will be looking to stretch their unbeaten run in Ligue 1 to five matches when they make the trip to Ajaccio on Sunday afternoon.
Michel Der Zakarian’s second coming at the Stade de la Mosson has been rather fruitful thus far, with the retuning boss steering his side to 10 points from a possible 12, most recently mauling Angers 5-0 to bring up both of my bets.
Ajaccio, on the other hand, are one of several sides embroiled in the Ligue 1 survival battle, with last week’s last-gasp 1-0 loss at Reims denting their bid to preserve their top-flight status
Given their marked improvement in recent weeks, Montpellier make plenty of appeal here at odds-against, however I’m happy to highlight an alternative angle of attack via the Bet Builder market
If we couple up Over Zero Montpellier Goals and Over Two Montpellier Corners we will be presented with a 20/23 (Bet 365) play and that price holds appeal.
While Montpellier continue to reside in the lower half of the table despite their recent resurgence, they have not encountered any issues from an attacking perspective across the season so far, having netted in 21 of their 26 league outings to date.
In fact, the Occitanie outfit have made the net ripple at least once in 11 of their last 13 French top-flight fixtures, so they should have enough in their armoury to breach the backline of a relegation-threatened Ajaccio team that have failed to keep the backdoor shut in a whopping 23 of their 26 Ligue 1 assignments this season so far.
As such, I’m happy to back a Montpellier side enjoying the effects of a new manager bounce grab at least one goal on Sunday, but to conclude the Bet Builder, I’ll also go with La Paillade to earn a minimum of three corners.
Michel Der Zakarian’s men have been standard frequency flag kick takers this term, with an average of 4.77 per 90 minutes, although they have covered the 3+ line in all but one of their last 10 Ligue 1 contests.
With all that in mind, as well as the fact that this Bet Builder would have landed in each of Montpellier’s four matches since the aforementioned Der Zakarian was rehired, supporting the same formula at the Stade François Coty on Sunday stands out at 20/23 (Bet 365).
