TUESDAY was a marker of what the future has in store in terms of games – not many. Wednesday, however, today looks much better with matches from the Singapore Premier League, Brazil and Turkey.
Despite cards being decimated it’s been a really profitable few days with NAP successes at Notts County, South America total goals and Turkey.
One match that has stood out is the Singapore Premier league match between Tampines Rovers and Lion City Sailors and I’m on the home side to maintain their good start to the season
Tampines Rovers vs Lion City Sailors (KO 11.45am)
The season is in its infancy but already Tampines can be really pleased with the start they’ve made – 5 wins from their last 7 games in all competitions and what’s worth pointing out is all 5 of those wins came at home.
They are at home again today and will be looking to make it three league win on the trot as they host Lion City Rovers.
It’s a side they absolutely love playing having lost just one of the last 12 meetings between the sides (W8 D3 L1) and they have won the last 4 meetings 3-0 3-0 4-2 5-1.
Another note of interest is due to their participation in the AFC cup and AFC Champions league, they have played 8 matches already this season, compare that to the visitors who have played just one competitive match since last October, its fair to suggest that Tampines should be sharper and more advanced in terms of their match fitness.
The Lions drew their opening match 1-1 and looking back to last season have won just 2 of their last 11 games.
With Tampines at home, in terrific form on home turf, and their with record against the Lions being fantastic, I’m taking them to maintain their solid start to the season.
Recommended bet:
- Tampines to win the match / Tampines over 1.5 team goals
- 20/21 (Bet365 Bet Builder)
