IT’S neck and neck between green and blue at the top of the Premiership table, just like everyone had predicted.
But it’s Hibs and not Celtic who are keeping pace with Rangers after the first three rounds of games.
With the Hoops idle again this weekend after the folly of Boli Bolingoli’s jolly, Gers have the chance to open up an eight-point lead on their Old Firm rivals.
But before Steven Gerrard’s men run out in Livingston on Sunday, the Hibees can displace them at the top.
Hibs vs Motherwell
Jack Ross’ men ground out their third successive win in midweek at Tannadice, the ugly 1-0 victory showing they can dig deep as well as play good football.
They now host a Motherwell side who have taken just a point from their first three games after shipping a second-half leveller to Livingston at Fir Park in midweek.
Hibs are priced 21-20 at McBookie for the win which looks good value considering the form of both teams.
The Steelmen have injury problems at the back with Liam Donnelly joining Charles Dunne and Jake Carroll on the sidelines.
That could leave them vulnerable against the Hibees, with Martin Boyle, Kevin Nisbet and Christian Doidge all in goalscoring form up front.
Well are without a recognised senior left-back so it could pay to back Boyle to cause a bit of damage.
The winger, who scored twice in the opening win over Kilmarnock, is 19-10 with McBookie for anytime scorer and that looks good value.
After drawing blanks in their first two games, Well looked more like their old selves going forward against Livi, scoring twice.
Hibs also conceded in their first two games so I fancy both teams to score in this one, which is 11-13 at Sportingbet.
Livingston vs Rangers
Rangers haven’t put a foot wrong in the Premiership, racking up three victories without conceding a goal.
They are heavy favourites to claim another win tomorrow, at 4-11 with most firms, but Livingston away is one of the most dreaded fixtures on the calendar.
Celtic have already slipped up on a plastic pitch this season, dropping two points at Rugby Park, so Gers will be well aware of the dangers at the Tony Macaroni.
They lost 1-0 there early in Gerrard’s first season and that made it four games without a win in West Lothian after some struggles in their Championship days.
But Rangers have won on their last three visits and Livi crashed 4-1 at home to Hibs last weekend so I’d be surprised if Gary Holt’s men pulled off a shock here.
I doubt if we’ll see a lot of goals though so try under 2.5 strikes at 21-20 with McBookie.
Set-pieces are crucial on the plastic pitch and if you’re looking for a decent long-odds option then try backing Gers stopper Connor Goldson to score at 11-2 with McBookie.
Hamilton vs St Mirren
St Mirren were swept aside by Rangers at Ibrox last weekend but I fancy Jim Goodwin’s men to get a result at Hamilton.
Accies are rock bottom after two defeats while the Buddies impressed in their opening win over Livingston so they look decent value at 9-5 with Bet365 for a win today.
Ross County vs Dundee United
Ross County are still unbeaten and host Dundee United in a clash that’s really tough to predict. The best option here could be both teams to score at 8-9 with VBet.
Kilmarnock vs St Johnstone
It should be a different story in the other Premiership game as St Johnstone head to Kilmarnock.
Both teams to score has failed to come up in their last four meetings at Rugby Park. With the pitch in terrible nick again, a repeat is on the cards at 5-6 with BetVictor.
