IT’S all about the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday night with 5 matches taking place and it will be goals I’m concentrating on as Hibs host Ross County at Easter Road.
Aberdeen did what I expected them to do last night as they finally found the net for the first time in 5 games as they eased to a 3-1 victory at struggling Hamilton
Hibernian vs Ross County (KO 7.45pm)
I’ve made no attempt to hide my love for Hibs this season, especially at home – their goal scoring ability coupled with their leaky defence has been a goals getter’s dream as they continue land goal bet after goal bet.
At Easter Road their last 11 league matches have seen at least 3 goals with 8 of those games seeing both sides score and its that inability to defend which has seen an unacceptable number of clubs score twice.
Livi, St Johnstone, Ross County, St Mirren and Kilmarnock all found the net twice at Easter road but luckily for Hibs they have multiple attacking options in the form of Doidge, McNulty, Allen and Horgan.
They’ve scored at least 2 goals in 7 of their last 8 at games at home and they welcome a Ross County side who have just one win to their name on the road this season and who have conceded 2 or more in 8 of their away matches.
Hibs should win this match and I expect them to do so but its hard to rule out County finding the net, especially with Hibs keeping just one clean sheet in their last 13 at home and Billy McKay leading the line.
Christophe Doidge is on 13 goals for the season and has scored in is last three games at home, he’s a good shout to net again tonight.
Recommended Bet:
- Over 2.5 goals
- 4/5 (Betfred) (NAP/NB)
