THE Inter vs Roma matched proved to be a real disappointed last night despite everything pointing to goals but the Dutch Eerste Divisie did what it usually doesn’t and delivered 27 goals (26 needed)
Its a action packed card today and it will be no surprise that I’m backing goals in an Hibernian match for the 8th time this season having seen all 7 other tips land. They have been tremendous for goals and they Welcome an Aberdeen side who haven’t been shy of a goal recently
Further down in League One, I’m taking Falkirk to inflict another defeat on out of sort East Fife and backing my goals stats second half goals at Norwich.

Hibernian vs Aberdeen (KO 3pm)
My love for Hibs has grown this season and thats purely down to the fact I’ve backed them 7 times this season and they have delivered each time.
They landed another NAP midweek as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Ross County which has now seen them keep just one clean sheet in 15 league games this season which is criminal.
I’ve been highlighting Hibs’s defensive frailties for what feels like months now bit its a really a serious Achilles heel for the Easter Road side.
Hibs home matches this season have been a goal haven – their last 7 games have seen over 2.5 with BTTS with 6 of them going over 3.5 goals.
In attack, Kamberi and Doige are leading the line well for Hibs, especially Doige who now has 6 in 4 and Aberdeen have their own marksman who has been attracting a lot of attention in Sam Cosgrove who has 18 goals this season.
Would be really surprised if we didn’t see both sides score and given how Hibs home games have turned out this season we should probably expect a 94th minute Aberdeen goal 🙂
Really tough game to call, the Don’s are in fine form – goals the best option here
Recommended Bet:
- Over 2.5 goals
- 19/20 (Marathonbet) (NAP)
East Fife vs Falkirk (KO 3pm)
Its not been a great few weeks for East Fife – knocked out the Scottish Cup by Lowland league side BSC Glasgow, a disappointing 0-0 draw at home to Clyde was then followed up by a 4-0 battering from Airdrie.
Falkirk have improved in recent weeks under their new caretaker management due although those were win were against sides you’d expect them to win.
This is a tough match for the bairns but just feel they will edge this especially given how poor East Fife have been.
Recommended Bet:
- Falkirk to win
- 1/1 (Betfair)
QPR vs Preston (KO 3pm)
A trend I’ve noticed this season and tipped before is over 1.5 second half goals at Loftus Road – This has landed in 8 of their 11 home game – QPR are weak at the back and that should aid the second half goals with Preston in the promotion race.
Recommended Bet:
- Over 1.5 second half goals
- 5/6 (Bet365)
