SATURDAY’S have been pretty good to punters this season and it will be no surprise to learn my three tips all come from the lower leagues in Scotland.
You can listen to selectabet and I on this week’s Gambla Betting Podcast as we preview, analysis and give our thoughts on the Dundee’s home match against Arbroath, Ian McCalls first home match in charge at Firhill as his Partick Thistle side host struggling QoS and finally it wouldn’t be a Podcast without our favourites Cove Rangers as they travel to Stenhousemuir.
Dundee vs Arbroath (KO 3pm)
After city Rivals United were beaten 1-0 at Alloa last night, its a great opportunity for the Dens park side to cut the gap to 6 points.
Dundee’s home form has been good so far this season (2 wins and a draw) and they should have enough to see out part time Arbroath. Dick Campbell’s side will make it tough but home advantage in a match Dundee needs to win should help.
Recommended Bet:
- Dundee over 1.5 team goals
- 10/11 (Skybet) (NAP)
Partick Thistle vs QoS (KO 3pm)
It was a morale boosting win for thistle last week as they left Inverness with a very impressive 3 points – The Ian McCall factor should continue as they host a struggling QoS side
Queens have drawn a blank in 9 of their last 10 away matches in the championship which is terrible return and I don’t see things improving at Firhill.
Recommended Bet:
- Partick Thistle over 1.5 team goals
- 11/10 (Skybet)
Stenhousmuir vs Cove Rangers (KO 3pm)
You know the drill, Cove Rangers have been a staple part of the Gambla betting podcast, featuring in all previous 7 weekend podcasts we’ve recorded.
They should rack up another and another 2-3 goals against a Stenny side who have already lost 0-3 and 1-3 to Cowdenbeath and Edinburgh City respectively.
Recommended Bet:
- Cove to win and over match 2.5 goals
- 5/6 (Skybet)
