Rio Ave v Pacos Ferreira
Rio Ave’s first home outing of 2023 should see them continue the utterly miserable fortunes of Portuguese top flight bottom club Pacos Ferreira.
The winless visitors have taken a meagre three points from 15 games this season, leaving them 10 points adrift of safety and already looking doomed to the drop.
Rio Ave, meanwhile, are lying in eighth place, unbeaten in four and have won four of their last six home outings, including an impressive 3-1 defeat of Porto. Back the hosts at 39-40 with SBK.
Lens v Auxerre
Lens are seeking to extend their perfect home record in Ligue 1 when struggling Auxerre come calling.
Franck Haise’s men have won nine out of nine on their own patch while scoring at least twice six times, including each of the last three.
That formidable form has them tucked in behind PSG in second place and they can keep up the pace against the third-bottom visitors.
Auxerre are winless in five league games, losing the last four, and crashed out of the Coupe de France after a 5-0 home hammering by Toulouse a week ago.
Lens and over 1.5 goals should land at 3-5 with Ladbrokes.
Lyon v Strasbourg
Lyon are struggling for consistency under Laurent Blanc but can give their fading European hopes a boost against second-bottom Strasbourg.
With attacking talent like Alexandre Lacazette, Tete and Karl Toko Ekambi at their disposal, the hosts have the firepower to improve on a poor recent Ligue 1 run of one win in five.
They can spark to life against relegtion-haunted Strasbourg who have gone eight league matches without victory while shipping 2+ goals in 10 of their last 11. Lyon & over 1.5 goals appeals at 10-11 with Ladbrokes.
Euro Treble
