Club Brugge v Westerlo
After continuing their stunning Champions League form in midweek, Club Brugge are out to end Westerlo’s winning streak in the Belgian top flight on Saturday.
Brugge made it three wins from three in their Champions League group, seeing off Atletico Madrid 2-0 at home, and have won nine of their last 10 in all competitions as well as five in a row at home.
Newly-promoted Westerlo are in fine fettle too, having won three straight games, but the Brugge juggernaut looks set to roll on. Back the hosts and over 1.5 goals at 5-6 with Ladbrokes.
Atletico Madrid v Girona
Their bruising European defeat to Brugge leaves Atletico Madrid desperate to bounce back quickly when they return to La Liga action.
Diego Simeone’s men have been plagued by inconsistency but racked up an impressive 2-0 victory away to Sevilla last weekend and can follow it up against a Girona side who’ve shipped seven goals in back-to-back defeats.
An Atletico win pays 8-15 at Ladbrokes.
Sparta Rotterdam v Emmen
After a difficult start to the season, Sparta are on the rise in the Eredivisie and looking to extend Emmen’s struggles.
The hosts have lost just one of their last five, winning three, and have netted at least two goals in three of their last four.
They’ll take plenty of encouragement from Emmen’s defensive woes, with the Eredivisie new boys having taken just one point from the last 15 while conceding 2+ in five of six.
Sparta to net or more attracts at 23-20 with Unibet.
