ATHLETIC BILBAO can bounce back quickly in the Basque derby after their momentum was disrupted by defeat last week.
Bilbao were on a roll with just two points dropped in five games before suffering a 3-2 loss at Real Betis.
Tonight Gaizka Garitano’s seventh-place side are back on home soil where they do their best work. Three straight wins have been reeled off and a fourth awaits against local rivals Eibar who are hovering just a couple of points above the relegation zone.
Eibar have lost four in a row and four of the last five visits to Atheltic. Back the hosts at 8-11 with Skybet.
In Holland, Fortuna Sittard’s home form is keeping them out of the drop zone, with 14 points collected on their own patch compared to just one on their travels.
Tonight they host fellow promoted side RKC Waalwijk, who are four points adrift at the bottom of the table.
Fortuna are on a four-game winning streak at home while Waalwijk have taken only four points from 24 on the road. Fortuna should win this but I’m happy to take them draw no bet at 7-10 with Marathonbet.
Another bottom-placed club worth backing against are Cercle Brugge in the Belgian top flight. They have just eight points from 18 matches and face a tough assignment at Charleroi tonight.
The hosts, who sit fifth, are unbeaten in eight and aiming for a fourth successive home victory. Cercle have mustered just a point away from home in the league and a Charleroi triumph pays 47-100 at Marathonbet.
