We’re in to the second round of matches at the Under 21s European Championships today where places in the last eight are up for grabs.
If the opening round of games in Group B are anything to go by then Ukraine should be good value at 21/20 against Romania.
The Romanians were well beaten by tournament favourites Spain, going down 3-0 in a match the Spanish totally dominated. Earlier, Ukraine took their chances to defeat Croatia 2-0. Bouyed by that win they could make it two wins from two and book their place in the knock-out stages.
Likewise, Spain could secure their place in the quarter finals with a win over Croatia. The young Spaniards enojyed 75% possession against Romania racking up 25 shots on goal and winning nine corners to one. They’re 10/11 to win six or more this evening which shouldn’t be too far away of they see anywhere near as much ball again.
The Spain win at 2/5 will be popular among punters for accas today.
In Norway, Viking and Brann should serve up some goals in Stavanger. It’s 4th v 2nd in the Eliteserien table and both clubs haven’t been shy in front of goal this season, netting 23 apiece so far.
Viking have also conceded 19, making their’s the third most porous defence in the top flight.
