London Royal Ravens secured a crucial victory last Saturday against Las Vegas Thieves (3-1), yet, they’re still 1-3 ahead of the final week of Call of Duty League Major 4 Qualifiers, so they’re still far from locking in a spot in the winners’ bracket.
But if we look at Royal Ravens and their performances this season, it’s tough to find a good reason to trust them, especially when faced with well-rounded teams such as the New York Subliners. It also doesn’t help that the teams have overlapping maps, so it will all come down to which squad has better players.
New York Subliners aren’t perfect and can look shaky, depending on the day. But they’ve shown enough over the last two weeks, with wins against Atlanta FaZe (3-2) and Minnesota RØKKR (3-1), while their only defeat came against OpTic Texas (1-3).
London Royal Ravens can win a map, but anything beyond that seems unlikely.

Las Vegas Legion had a good run until last Saturday when they lost against London Royal Ravens (1-3) and barely made it past Las Vegas Guerrillas (3-2). The main issue with this team is their poor performance on respawns, which is a huge problem.
Florida Mutineers are 0-4 with an abysmal 20% map win rate (3-12), so it’s fair to question their chances of defeating the Las Vegas Legion. But it’s not like the Legion are a top-tier team, and their performance last week was underwhelming, to say the least.
Las Vegas Legion need to win this match, and they likely will, but we don’t see them sweeping the Mutineers. This match can easily reach map five, so we’ll take a bit of a longshot bet and predict the Legion winning 3-2.

OpTic Texas look very strong heading into the final week of CDL Major 4 Qualifiers, but that doesn’t mean they’re guaranteed to sweep everyone in their path – especially not the Boston Breach.
Boston Breach are 2-1 with wins against Toronto Ultra (3-2) and London Royal Ravens (3-1), while their only loss of CDL Major 4 Qualifiers came against Las Vegas Legion (1-3) on day one. Although not the loudest results, Boston Breach have shown good form over the last two months and shouldn’t be underestimated.
Boston Breach can be a bit inconsistent, but they usually do well when faced with the league’s top teams, so we can see them challenging OpTic. We like Boston with a map handicap.
