FRENCH League 2 delivered yet another bumper winner last night as first half goals landed at 37/1 and its the third time its delivered in the last 2 months which is some going.
This Saturday I’m on Everton at home to Brighton, the Scottish Championship match between Morton and Dunfermline and second half goals at Stirling Albion vs Cove Rangers.
You can listen to my thoughts, preview and tips on these games on this weeks Gambla Betting Podcast.
Everton vs Brighton (KO 3pm)
Its been some run of fixtures for Everton over the last few months – they’ve played Liverpool and Leicester twice, Man U, Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea and with the exception of the Liverpool FA cup match last weekend, performed really well in most of them with some great results.
They’ve beaten Burnley and Newcastle in between those fixtures and a home match against Brighton will be another where they will be looking for 3 points, especially after Sundays cup exit.
Brighton are only one point behind them but struggle on the road and have lost both trips to Goodison since being promoted.
Just feel there are plenty of positives for Everton from the last few months and they will be able to edge out stuffy Brighton.
Recommended Bet:
- Everton to win
- 9/10 (Betfair) (NAP)
Greenock Morton vs Dunfermline (KO 3pm)
Not much between these two sides but given Dunfermline’s terrible run of results, poor away form and loss of some key loan players, ther’es absolutely no way they should be as short as 6/5.
Morton are no great shakes themselves but are decent at home and come into this game off the back off two pleasing away wins. They are as big as 21/10 and that gives us value in the team goal market.
10 of Morton’s 12 home games have seen Morton score before 60 mins and I think its worth backing again against an out of sorts Pars side who wont be aided by the loss of 5 of their loan players.
Recommended Bets:
Stirling Albion vs Cove Rangers (KO 3pm)
The Cove title train is back on track after 4 consecutive wins and 12 goals scored although they face a tough test against and Albion side who don’t concede many.
Cove’s away record for goals is incredible with 20 more goals scored in comparison to their home games. They’ve conceded just 3 at home but a massive 23 on the road and with a large % of their games seeing at least 2 second half goals, its worth backing again here.
Recommended Bet:
- Over 1.5 second half goals
- 8/11 (Bet365)
