After Leicester City’s 2-1 defeat to Chelsea on Tuesday, Liverpool will move into the top four if they beat Burnley on Wednesday evening.
The race to qualify for the Champions League is going to be the main talking point during the final week of the season, while the battle to play in next season’s Europa League is still not over.
There are six games to come on Wednesday as the Premier League starts to wind down after a turbulent ten months and we have picked out three bets that look like they should go close.
Reds Too Classy for Burnley
After Alisson’s dramatic winner against West Brom, Liverpool have the chance to move up to fourth in the standings.
The Reds are unbeaten in eight matches in the Premier League, winning six of those encounters.
Their form on the road is also impressive, with Jurgen Klopp’s troops winning six of their previous seven away from Anfield.
While Liverpool are flying at present, Burnley are without a win in ten matches at Turf Moor, with their last success coming in January.
Even though fans will be back to lend support, Sean Dyche’s side should still struggle against the Reds.
Burnley may have beaten Liverpool back in January, but that is their only success in the previous eight meetings between the pair.
The straight away win may be too prohibitive but, with poor-scorers Burnley trounced 4-0 by Leeds on Saturday at Turf Moor, a Liverpool win to nil appeals at 27/20
.
Villa Pose No Threat to Spurs
Tottenham’s top-four hopes are over, but they are still in pole position to qualify for the Europa League.
Spurs have only lost one of their previous five games in the Premier League, and they face a Villa side who have nothing to play for.
Dean Smith’s men have won just one of their last five on the road, and they will struggle to keep Harry Kane quiet.
Kane’s future is the talk of the Premier League at the moment, but the England captain will want to win the Golden Boot before a potential transfer this summer.
He is tied with Mohamed Salah on 22 goals going into the last two games, and Kane has a fantastic record against Wednesday’s opponents.
In his last six appearances against Villa, Kane has scored six times, and he is available at 17/4
to score two or more, while Spurs are hard to ignore in the win market at 1/2

Arsenal to Spoil Hodgson’s Farewell
Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson confirmed on Tuesday that he will be leaving the Eagles at the end of the season.
After nearly four years of managing his boyhood club, Roy Hodgson will be stepping down as our manager at the end of this season.
Thank you for everything, Roy
— Crystal Palace F.C. (@CPFC) May 18, 2021
The former England boss has brought stability to Selhurst Park, and the fans will get the chance to thank him for his efforts.
However, Arsenal will not be interested in doing Hodgson any favours, and Mikel Arteta’s side can leave south London with all three points.
The Gunners are unbeaten in four matches, while away from the Emirates Stadium, they have only lost one of their last 10 games.
Palace winger Eberechi Eze looks set to miss the rest of the year with an Achilles injury and, without his creativity, theo home side will struggle to open the Gunners defence.
An Arsenal win to nil looks the way to go at odds of 31/20
