The Champions League returns on Tuesday night, with only four teams through to the knockout stages after four rounds of fixtures.
Liverpool, Ajax, Bayern Munich and Juventus are already through to the knockout round, while Besiktas, RB Leipzig and Malmo have already been eliminated from the competition.
On Tuesday, there are some cracking games on the agenda, with Manchester United travelling to Villarreal, Chelsea tackling Juventus, and Barcelona preparing to face Benfica.
Barcelona Out For Revenge
Barcelona occupy second spot in Group B after collecting six points from their first four matches in Europe.
Bayern’s six-point advantage at the top of the table is the least of their worries, though, with Benfica breathing down their necks next in third.
The Portuguese outfit famously beat Barca 3-0 in the first meeting between the pair, but a home win on Tuesday would be enough to secure Barcelona’s spot in the next round of the competition.
Xavi, who won his first game in charge against Espanyol at the weekend, knows how important a win will be, with Barca set to travel to Germany for their final group match.
The Camp Nou is normally not a happy hunting ground for Benfica, with the Portuguese giants unable to win in three previous visits.
They were smashed 5-2 by Bayern Munich during matchday four, and a home win and both teams to score could be the way to go at 17/10.
One Last Push Needed for Chelsea
The pick of Tuesday’s fixtures comes from Group H as Chelsea entertain Juventus at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea’s only defeat in their previous ten matches came at the hands of the Old Lady, and the Italian outfit will be a tough nut to crack.
Juve have some serious catching up to do if they want to win the Scudetto this season, but they have won their last three games in all competitions and seem to be firing on all cylinders.
Since their defeat in Turin, Chelsea have won eight of their previous nine games, but injuries are starting to mount in west London.
Thomas Tuchel’s side only need one point from their remaining two games to qualify, and backing Juventus in the double chance market at 33/20 could be the way to go.
Romelu Lukaku is set to begin the game from the bench at best, while Kai Havertz and Timo Werner are injury doubts.
Juve have already got the better of Chelsea, and they could leave London with at least a point this week.
Can Carrick Steer United to Glory?
Manchester United caretaker boss Michael Carrick will take charge of his first match on Tuesday as the Red Devils travel to the Estadio de la Ceramica to face Villarreal.
Carrick has several selection worries ahead of kick-off, with Paul Pogba, Raphael Varane and Luke Shaw all out.
Mason Greenwood has tested positive for Covid-19, while Edinson Cavani remains a doubt.
United are unbeaten in five Champions League games against Villarreal, while the Yellow Submarine have never beaten an English club in the competition in 11 attempts.
The Red Devils sealed a 2-1 win in the previous fixture in the 96th minute, but a score draw looks good value at 53/20.
