A big weekend of games in the NFL with most of the matches on the slate this weekend having something riding on them.
The Lions and Jets is the early Sky game with the Lions looking to continue their recent hot-streak while the Jets will be looking up at 2nd in the AFC East after the Dolphins lost for the third time in a row last night. The Bills have practically wrapped up the AFC East now after their game against the ‘Fins.
The late game sees the red-hot Bengals take on the stuttering Buccaneers in a game which has implications in the AFC North where the Bengals could take control and the NFC South where the Bucs are leaving the door open for the other three terrible teams to somehow snatch the title there.

Chargers -3 vs. Titans
I’m not sure sure the Titans are only 3 point dogs in this one, they’ve been in terrible form in recent weeks and while I have faith in Mike Vrabel’s coaching I just don’t see how they’re going to keep up with a Chargers team which matches up very well against the Titans defense which allows passing on them.
Derrick Henry is the offense for the Titans and while the Chargers run defense is down with the worst in the league Henry hasn’t been running well in recent weeks, other than him they don’t have a whole lot at all on offense, so I just don’t think they’ll put up the points.
Mike Williams is looking like he’s back to full health, Keenan Allen is playing as well, and with Justin Herbert at QB and Austin Ekeler on the ground they should be able to score freely against a poor Titans defense.

Under 37.5 Steelers v Panthers
It’s a low total, but we’re looking at two very good defenses going up against Rudolph or Trubisky for the Steelers and Sam Darnold for the Panthers.
It will likely be a run-heavy script from both teams here with the Panthers restricting Sam Darnolds influence with 35+ carries last weekend and the Steelers likely to try and restrict either of their QBs from throwing to the opponents.

Isaih Pacheco – 11/10 Betfred, 1/1 Skybet
The Chiefs are 14.5-point favourites on the road at Houston, they were 10-point faves last week against the Broncos and three turnovers from Mahomes nearly cost them, but they came out with the win. I’d expect a lot more rushing plays from them this week and Pacheco has looked good, he was sniped by McKinnon last week who was tempting as well.
Player props… I love DJ Chark o36.5 receiving yards for the Lions – He’s had 98 and 94 in the last fortnight, the Jets will likely focus on holding down Amon-Ra St. Brown with Sauce Gardner so Chark should get the easier coverage and I’m a little surprised it’s such a low line on him.
