FOR some fans it’s the most exciting weekend of the year but for punters it’s difficult.
It’s FA Cup third-round day and forget about form and stats, put all trends out of your mind and focus on one thing – starting line-ups.
All of the big guns will rotate but what it makes it even harder is most of the Championship sides will do so too.
However, the traditional top six have big enough squads to beat most teams so the likes of Man City, Leicester and Arsenal should progress without any dramas. And remember in this round there are replays.
There’s been a bit of debate about whether Liverpool are any value at 11-10 at home to Everton – if it was a league game they’d be around 1-3. But only time will tell – wait and see how strong Jurgen Klopp goes.
I’ve posted separate Scottish and English previews and no Scottish Premiership games makes it even tougher.
My tips include FA Cup games but if you can wait for latest team news and lower-league Scottish games that are often unpredictable so keep stakes sensible.
There are no VIP Tips this weekend with the card making it harder than usual.
