IT’S been a quiet few nights but football sparks to life with the Euro 2020 kick-off.
There are matches from now through to Tuesday with most nations playing two qualifiers.
Scotland are one of those and Alex McLeish is targeting six points from trips to Astana tonight and the Faroes on Sunday.
Maybe I’ve been drinking, certainly not had too much sun, but I reckon Scotland are a great price at evens with Betfred. I’ll post a preview with full reasoning but Kazakhstan have won three games out of 40, beat no one and in their Nations League campaign racked up one win from six against Andorra, Georgia and Latvia.
Scotland won three out of four against Albania and Israel to win promotion and while some players are missing they should have enough to win.
For a Super Single I’m bravely going with Scotland -1 at 3-1 and taking Scotland on a moneyback sixfold – remember you can do five – with Holland, Croatia, Belgium, Northern Ireland and Macedonia. If the Scots let me down on that one I should at least have the stake returned.
Might add a goals bet, Top Treble or running bet. There are just 10 games to look at on Thursday so I don’t want to risk too much.
