I WAS hoping for a change of luck on the first Saturday of February but again it was a case of close but no cigar.
My both to score trebles were one goal short on each thanks to Swansea and QoS – two teams who had been scoring freely – and the moneyback fivefold saw three winners and two draws. Bury’s late concession at home to Crawley robbed me of the stake back.
The Super Single was beaten by Alfredo Morelos not scoring against St Mirren – and surely they should have given him one of the four penalties they were awarded.
Not too many winners about actually so well done of you were one of them. From the main tipsters it was Greg’s day with a full house thanks to Rangers to score 3+, 4+ and Dundee United to win and over 1.5 match goals.
So we move to a busy Sunday that sees Man City and Man United trying to get back on track after midweek flops. City are just 1-3 at home to Arsenal and should get back to winning ways.
After their winning run was ended at seven Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men go again at Leicester and that won’t be easy.
In Scotland Celtic travel to St Johnstone after beating them 2-0 at home last Wednesday and this should be another win for the champions.
On the Continent biggest game in Italy is Roma v Milan and in Spain Real Madrid welcome Alaves. Lyon v PSG is the late game in France and in Portugal Sporting entertain Benfica.
I’ll take a good look at the games and add tips later or in the morning.
