IT’S been a while since anyone said “all eyes are on Blackburn” but that’s the case on Monday as Rovers entertain Wigan.
There are no other games in any of the top leagues with a couple of matches from Turkey and Greece the only others to hold punters’ attention.
To say it’s a quiet day is an understatement and it was going to be a no bet day for me until I read dannyboi’s comments on the site.
He’s a Wigan fan who is convinced his team – without a success in 10 and bottom of the Championship – can’t win and says Blackburn to score 2+ is a steal at 10-11.
I quite fancied Rovers and agree to score 2+ is a decent price. I also like Blackburn -1 at 23-10 with Unibet and taking that as a Super Single. Go for dannyboi’s tip if you prefer.
So that’s it for Christmas – there will be posts put up for Tuesday and Wednesday and I might up some early Boxing Day selections.
Leicester v Liverpool is the big game on Thursday evening while at lunchtime we have Hearts v Hibs which is likely to be more frantic then Boxing Day sales and not as organised.
Sunday wasn’t great with Spurs not turning up costing me a few points and the both to score treble going down early as Milan were thumped 5-0 at Milan.
