There is plenty racing action this Monday with cards coming from Ayr, Windsor, Killarney, Roscommon and Kempton Park.
The nine-race card on the Polytrack is the feature for our tipster today. Remember you can watch all UK and Irish racing via live streaming when logged into MansionBet.
16.40 British Stallion Studs EBF Fillies’ Novice Stakes (6f)
James Tate’s runner Live Stream made a pleasing start over C&D last month when scoring despite looking rather green. She was well held in Listed company since at Newmarket, while the form of her debut success hasn’t been working out strongly. She’s taken on with RHODA’S CHOICE for the in-form Ralph Beckett team. On her second start she was denied only a head by a promising looking Frankel filly around here. With more to come and getting 7lb from her main rival, she’s fancied.
17.10 Unibet Thanks The Frontline Workers Handicap (1m3f)
John Gosden’s RED CENTRE was returning from a long absence when beaten just a length over C&D at the start of the month. He just faded late on and should come on nicely for the run. The fact that Godolphin have been patient with him suggests better should be forthcoming. Also worth noting is handicap debutant Latin Knight for Marco Botti. He shaped as if needing the run here last month but his debut second over C&D in February was promising. He’s a likely improver.
17.40 Unibet Extra Place Offers Every Day Fillies’ Handicap (7f)
Mick Appleby’s filly FEEL GOOD FACTOR was an impressive C&D winner on return to action last month, making all to score nicely. The drop back to 6f since appeared to catch her out, while she couldn’t deploy aggressive tactics after breaking slowly that day. Silvestre De Sousa is back on board now and a big run is forecast. Recent Lingfield winner Ligera rates a huge threat on handicap bow for trainer Roger Varian.
18.10 Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Handicap Division 1 (7f)
Rodin and The Blue Bower arrive here thriving after recent successes and have to rate as major contenders but there are plenty dangers lurking with scope for better and SHOOT THE MOON is one. He was a bit keen at Windsor (6f) last time but finished well for second spot, having occupied the same berth on his seasonal return last month. This longer trip looks ideal and, on handicap bow, he can be involved.
18.40 Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Handicap Division 2 (7f)
VASARI didn’t get much luck in running at Newmarket in a better race than this last month. He gets his first tilt at 7f now and looks the sort to improve for Sir Michael Stoute. Similarly, the filly Nirodha shaped with plenty promise at Headquarters on her seasonal bow over this trip and is fancied to build on that before too long.
19.15 Try Our New Runner Boost At Unibet Handicap (2m)
James Fanshawe’s VIBRANCE has a love affair with this C&D and she took her record to 4-7 around here when scoring last month. She won by two lengths and in truth was value for a good bit more than that, so it’s hard to go against her now despite being 6lb higher in the ratings. Mukha Magic produced a fine effort in the Queen Alexandra (2m5½f) at Royal Ascot last time and rates an each-way alternative.
19.45 Unibet Casino Deposit 10 Get 40 Bonus Handicap (2m)
Ali Stronge’s ESTRELA STAR was thriving before the shutdown, recording a hat-trick of wins that was launched with a decisive C&D success in February. She recorded those trio of wins in a ten-day period and did so with plenty to spare on each occasion. She’s up in class now but appeals as having more to offer.
20.15 Unibet Extra Place Offers Every Day Handicap (1m)
This looks a wide-open mile handicap, with Glen Esk having caught the eye from an unpromising position with some excellent late work at Newmarket last time and Late Arrival having shaped with plenty promise in better company at the same venue. MAYSON MOUNT finished third on handicap bow at Chelmsford last time over 7f in a race that didn’t really go to plan. Josephine Gordon’s partner looks like one that can improve here.
20.45 Unibet Handicap (1m)
A tough sign-off race to assess but one in which ROCA MAGICA makes solid appeal no less. The Garswood filly scored at Yarmouth last time seemingly without coming out of third gear. The handicapper has bumped her up but there’s every chance she can add to her tally in this grade. The Game Of Life ran well under a penalty over 7f here last time having scored at Chelmsford and is considered back over the mile.
