It’s less of a Manic Monday and more of a Mundane Monday, but time to catch our breath, gear up for the last round of international matches and start preparing for a busy month ahead that’ll see the Champions League, Europa League and the inauagural Europa Conference League kick-off as well as a hugely anticipated Ryder Cup from Whistling Straits to look forward to.
We will of course have The Caddy on the bag for the Ryder Cup and it wouldn’t be Monday without hailing another golfing winner on the site. Patrick Cantlay started the weekend as leader and favourite at the Tour Championship and The Caddy was right to stick with the young American who held off the chasing pack to win a cool $15million and deliver at 7/2 for his backers.
Xander Schauffele also finished among the places for yet more profit if you backed him at 33/1 as advised.
At the time of writing we’re also waiting on an overnight Peru win over Venezuela to complete a 13/2 winner on Jamie Kennedy’s Sunday Acca to add to the winning Super Single on yesterday’s thread that highlighted Andorra’s trend of losing more second half goals than first which played out England’s 4-0 win at Wembley.
Rivals Brazil and Argentina seldom disappoint but one the greatest international football rivalries decsended in to farce on Sunday when the match was abandoned with barely a ball being kicked. Health officials enter the field of play to remove Argentinian players who had apparently fallen foul of Brazil’s quarantine rules.

As yet, no date has been set for the re-arranged fixture but it’s sure to be a spicy one when, or if, it takes place.
On to Monday and the League One clash between Bolton Wanderers and Burton Albion gets top billing live on Sky Sports. If last season is anything to go by it could be worth a watch. The sides shared 11 goals across their two meetings last term and KevMac is backing goals again in his match preview for us.
