The 2022 World Cup in Qatar is just over a year away, with the tournament being held over the winter months to avoid Qatar’s intense summer heat.
It doesn’t feel like it has been long since the last World Cup, and the Euros are only just behind us, so another international tournament is bound to have us all on the edge again.
From the inaugural edition in 1930, we’re treated to a World Cup every four year to decide the best nation in the world.
