2.15 – Visit racingtv.com British EBF “Newcomers” Restricted Maiden Fillies’ Stakes
We know very little about this field of unraced two-year-old fillies. Chiqueador and Homer’s Girl boast intriguing pedigrees, but it’s Tezzaray that gets the vote for trainer Karl Burke.
The daughter of Bated Breath, who has an eye-catching record with juveniles, is a half-sister to two sprint winners and should be able to get cover from a middle draw.
Selection: Tezzaray 17/2
2.50 – 100% Racingtv Profits Back To Racing Sweet Solera Stakes
Wild Beauty and Sunstrike set the standard following their second and third-placed finishes in the Listed Star Stakes at Sandown last time, but they could be vulnerable to an unexposed improver.
Majestic Glory, an Andrew Balding-trained daughter of Frankel, showed dramatic progression from first to second start and justified strong market support when last seen in a 6f novice at this track. Stepping up in trip will help.
Selection: Majestic Glory 10/1
3.25 – Ian Angry Anderson Celebration Nursery Handicap
This nursery could be fought out by two maidens – Desert Angel and Neptune Legend.
Preference is for the latter, who finished one place ahead of a subsequent dual winner when runner-up on debut, but has failed to build on that performance since. Plausible excuses for those efforts, though, and looks to have been handed a lenient mark of 78.
Selection: Neptune Legend 4/1
4.00 – Join RacingTV Now Handicap
Kingman colt Komachi is likely to get an ideal stalking trip in this four-runner field full of well-bred three-year-olds, with ownermate Storm Damage predicted to set a steady pace.
A promising juvenile last season, Komachi bumped into the unbeaten Baaeed on his seasonal reappearance and was far from disgraced in finishing second. He will find this a lot easier.
Selection: Komachi 5/2
4.30 – Watch Every Race Live On RacingTV Handicap
It could be another Godolphin-owned winner here as Quintillus is a clear standout on his reappearance third in the Britannia at Royal Ascot.
Lightly raced after just five runs, the son of Dubawi looked a future Group performer when bolting up at Kempton last year before showing inexperience when hanging on his next two runs. A gelding operation has straightened him up and he’s been found a great spot to win.
Selection: Quintillus 11/10
5.00 – Thank You To RacingTV Members Handicap
Oisin Murphy is in rip-roaring form, proven by a five-timer at Kempton on Wednesday, and he will partner The City’s Phantom for the third time in this handicap.
The pair proved imperious at Yarmouth earlier this campaign before being pegged back by a stronger stayer last time at Leicester off a 5lb higher mark. Rainfall may swing this handicap in his favour.
Selection: The City’s Phantom 7/2
5.30 – Federation Of Bloodstock Agents Handicap
Dancing Harry, who fended off all-comers at Sandown two weeks ago, could steal this race from the front, but course form gives the narrow edge to Amazing Red.
The three-time Newmarket winner beat subsequent victor Prime Imperial when last seen over this trip and clearly relishes small-field contests. Further success awaits.
Selection: Amazing Red 11/4
