ESB’s League of Legends betting tips for Thursday focus on two 2021 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) Spring fixtures featuring DRX, KT Rolster, T1 and Liiv SANDBOX, with top odds courtesy of Betway.

LoL Betting Odds: | DRX $1.98 at Betway | KT Rolster $1.85 at Betway |

KT Rolster handed T1 their third defeat of the season on Sunday, largely thanks to their strong laners and, to some degree, T1’s sloppy play. Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon was the driving force behind KT’s victory, and the top laner’s form suggests even the very best teams will have trouble stopping him.

Doran will face his former teammate Hong “Pyosik” Chang-hyeon on Thursday when KT Rolster clash with DRX. Even though DRX are 3-1, they have yet to face any tough opponents; and even in games they ended up winning, it was more their opponents making mistakes rather than DRX playing better.
DRX come off as a weaker team individually, but we are quite impressed with the quality of their drafts, which could help them keep this match much closer than expected. We trust KT Rolster to win, but we don’t expect a clean sweep.

T1 vs LIIV SANDBOX LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

LoL Betting Odds: | T1 $1.24 at Betway | SANDBOX $4.23 at Betway |

We were not impressed with T1’s showing against KT Rolster on Sunday, as they only looked any good in game one. The other two were a complete mess, largely due to poor showings from T1’s youngsters in mid laner Lee “Clozer” Ju-hyeon and ADC Lee “Gumayusi” Min-hyeong, who will likely be replaced by Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok and Park “Teddy” Jin-seong for this match.

Liiv SANDBOX enter this match off a 1-2 loss against DRX where they didn’t look particularly bad, but that’s hardly a compliment since they’ve now had a few too many games like that. SANDBOX are a mediocre team at most, and while we expect them to eventually improve, it seems like they will need a bit more time than we initially thought.
T1 have already faced Gen.G and DWG KIA, so they’re entering a period where they can start collecting wins against mid- and lower-table teams. Losing won’t be an option for the three-time LoL world champions, and their fans won’t settle for anything less than a 2-0 sweep.
