KILMARNOCK and Inverness both have perfect Championship records so something has to give when they face off at Rugby Park this afternoon.
Kilmarnock v Inverness
Tommy Wright’s men have lived up to their tag as title favourites by winning their first three games, with their victory at Hamilton last weekend bringing up one of my super singles.
But Caley Thistle have managed to keep pace with them so far and it has all been down to a solid defence with all of their games finishing 1-0.
Killie have also yet to concede a goal so it points to a tight game today.
Under 2.5 goals pays 20/23 with Mansionbet which looks a good shout while betting against BTTS is 21/20 with BetVictor.
The half-time draw is another good option and that’s priced 6/5 (McBookie).
Dunfermline v Arbroath
Dunfermline were backed by many people, myself included, to also be in the title fight this season.
But the Pars have made a poor start, picking up just a point from two games before last week’s derby with Raith was abandoned.
They host Arbroath today and it already has the look of a must-win game to stop failing further behind.
They are 24/23 with SBK to get that victory and it seems pretty good value with home advantage.
Both teams to score looks a good shout with Peter Grant’s side all season and it pays 20/21 (Mansionbet).
Partick Thistle v Morton
Partick Thistle have made a good start after winning promotion and sit third heading into today’s Firhill clash with Morton.
Goals have been flying in at both ends with each of these sides so far and BTTS pays 10/11 at Mansionbet.
The same firm also price over 2.5 goals at 10/11 while in-form Jags striker Brian Graham is evens at McBookie for a goal.
Queen of the South v Hamilton
Goals also look to be on the cards as Stuart Taylor takes charge of Hamilton for the first time away to Queen of the South.
Accies have conceded seven goals this season and Queens six so it should be an entertaining game.
Over 2.5 goals is evens with William Hill while BTTS pays 5/6 at Mansionbet.
Falkirk v Queen’s Park
The big game in League One sees Falkirk host Queen’s Park as they look to lay down a marker in the title race.
The Bairns have 10 points from four games so look good value at 21/20 with McBookie for a win.
Montrose v Dumbarton
Montrose top the table on goal difference from Falkirk and face Dumbarton at home this afternoon.
Both sides have been scoring freely so I fancy over 2.5 goals (20/23, Betfair).
Stenhousemuir v Kelty Hearts
League Two leaders Kelty travel to struggling Stenny and I fancy Kallum Higginbotham for a goal at 11/10 with McBookie.
Super Singles
BTTS Double
- Partick v Morton and QoS v Accies (25/10, Mansionbet).
McBookie Bet Builder
- COMBINING both teams to score with a Brian Graham goal at Partick pays 218/100.
