FUNNY thing this weather on these islands of ours – I left Costa Del Hull around 1800 Friday in scorching sunshine only to arrive 40 miles up the coast at beautiful Filey surrounded by grey clouds and a piss-cold North Sea fret.
Still, it’s good to get a wee break even if it means sharing a tin prefab with two kids cranked up on e-numbers and Mrs Hull giving me the face of death for apparently “driving like a dick” on the way up.
Aside from catching crabs on the beach tomorrow, my other main pursuit lies around two and a half thousand miles Northwest of the glorious East Yorkshire Coast…
MAGNI VS. VÍKINGUR ÓLAFSVÍK (1500KO):
I’ll not trot the stats out but, despite the away sides short prices, it’s certainly a game that may well finish with both sides on the scoresheet.
Vikingur have the upper hand for sure but it’s not too clean cut and given Magni have struck at least once in 100% of their last 9 matches in all competitions, I would have anticipated a ‘btts’ price somewhere in the region of 1/2 or shorter.
All things considered, I’m willing to put this one up as Saturday’s NAP and believe the price may well drop throughout the morning – either way, it’s fantastic value and no Icelandic game with this profile ought to have a price so generous.
Recommended bet
- Both teams to score
(8/11, paddypower) NAP
