SUNDAY’S approach to targetting goals proved a good choice with a combined total of 11 goals across the two Icelandic picks and it’s a theme I’m sticking with for Monday with my sights set on 3 matches…
CARSHALTON ATHLETIC VS. HARLOW TOWN (7.45pm)
I’ve backed Carshalton on a couple of occasions this season and they haven’t let me down – well worth keeping an eye on their games and this match sees them taking on an ailing Harlow Town outfit who look lost at sea and lie 2nd bottom of the table.
H2Hwise, the hosts have the recent bragging rights having run out 3-1 and 0-4 victors in the last 2 meetings and the goals pattern extends into their most recent matches with scorelines of 4-2, 2-1, 3-1, 3-3 and 2-1 across their last 5!
Given Harlow have seen 2-3-10-6-4-3-8-3-0 and 6 match goals in their own last 10, I can’t help.but think that the prices lookway too big:

CURZON ASHTON VS. GUISELEY

Historically, I always had ‘Nash games down as crackers for both sides scoring and although that has died down a little this last year, they certainly still have theit moments and this one could offer up a great opportunity.
The last meeting ended all square with 4 goals and a 2-2 stalemate and the Tameside based hosts have been involved in some absolute corkers of late as illustrated by 2-2, 0-6, 2-0, 3-2, 0-8, 1-1, 0-1 and 2-4 scorelines.
Guisley certainly aren’t in the finest if form but if you discount their most recent 2 games, they have scored at least one goal in 29 of their last 21 matches and the home defence is absolutely the type to add to that total!

KR / KV U19 VS. THRÓTTUR/SR U19

Strong favouritism for KR/KVYouth here and although I wouldn’t question whether they are the better side, I also wouldn’t doubt Throttur’s chances of adding to the tally here in a game that screams goals.
KR/KV’ last 12 matches consist of 9 wins, 2 draws and just 1 loss with match goal totals of 7-4-1-5-5-4-4-3-4-4-4-5 – not too shabby at all but more than matched with Throttur’s own last 12 which saw 5-3-2-5-5-2-4-5-3-3-6-5…the only difference being Throttur’s run is made up of 2 wins and 10 losses!
