G2 Esports won their opening match of the LEC 2021 Spring playoffs against Schalke 04 3-2, however, we wouldn’t overreact to that result. Even though G2 dropped two maps against an arguably much weaker opponent, it was clear G2 didn’t put too much effort into game three and four.
